Refund, Exchange & Support Policy OMOï
At OMOï, our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is effortless and enjoyable. We take great care in delivering premium-quality products and maintaining exceptional service standards.
As a policy, we do not process refunds except in situations where the product is unavailable from our end. However, we do offer product exchanges within 7 days of delivery, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If the product delivered is incorrect (i.e., does not match your confirmed order), has a manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.
